The Seahorse Inn

The Seahorse Inn is a landmark hotel on Twofold Bay at Boydtown, just south of Eden. It is a grand sandstone building with accommodation, dining, weddings and events, and it needed a website as memorable as the property, one that earned direct bookings rather than handing every guest to the big booking sites.

The brief

Capture the character of a heritage Twofold Bay hotel, make rooms and dining easy to browse, and drive direct enquiries for stays, functions and weddings. Every booking that comes through the inn's own site instead of an aggregator is money kept off the commission.

What we built

A photography-led, fast, mobile-first website with booking-ready accommodation pages, a dining section, and clear enquiry paths for weddings and events. On-page SEO throughout so the inn is found for Eden and Twofold Bay accommodation searches ahead of the aggregators, all on fast Australian hosting.

The result

The site is a strong direct-booking shopfront for the inn. It ranks well for its own name and for accommodation searches around Eden and Boydtown, and it gives guests a real sense of the place before they arrive.
